What are the IWC's dates and deadlines? Postal entry deadline: 12th February 2010

What is the IWC's free shipping? The international entry fee INCLUDES the cost for shipping charges such as carriage,duty, storage, UK clearance and taxes. Deliver your wines to the approved local GEODIS depot and the IWC will do the rest.
How do I get a password reminder?
You have two options to request a password reminder.
1: Type in your email ID in the login box on login page and click on the link below ‘Forgotten your password?’. An email will immediately be sent to you containing your password.
2: You can email IWC your email id and company name and a member of the IWC team will come back to you asap.
How can I change my email ID? You are not able to change your email ID, just email us  stating the email address currently being used and the new email address you wish to use. We will change it for you and let you know.
How long does it take before I receive my password by email after registering for the first time? Once you have registered your company, an email is immediately sent to the email address that you used for the registration (your login ID). If you don’t receive any email from us confirming your registration, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How can I register by post instead of online? If you prefer to enter the IWC by post rather than online, just download a pdf version of our entry kit from our website or request a copy by email. They are available in the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and German. Please bear in mind that the deadline to receive your entries is earlier by post as they need to be with us by Friday 12 February 2010. It is also more expensive, as there is an administration fee.
Can I pay my entries by bank transfer or American Express?
Yes, there is the option to pay by bank transfer. On the payment page select the option ‘Request an invoice’ as method of payment – don’t forget to choose the currency you would like to be invoiced in (GB pounds, euros or US dollars) An invoice will be sent to you by email within 7 days.
How many samples do I need to send? Send 4 samples of each wine if it is ONLY entered into the International Wine Challenge. Send 6 samples if the wine is also entered into the Discovery Tasting.
Can I only enter the Discovery Tasting and not the International Wine Challenge? Unfortunately, no. In order to enter the Discovery Tasting you must enter the IWC competition. Only wines entered for the International Wine Challenge can be presented at the Discovery Tasting.
How do I delete a wine already entered? If you have not yet paid for your entry, log in and go to the ‘My Wines’ page, then select the account containing the wine/s you wish to delete. Click on the ‘Delete Wine’ option against the relevant wine.
If you have already paid by credit card or have requested an invoice, you are unable to delete the wine/s yourself. Email us with the name of the wine/s you wish to delete and we will process it. The last date for deleting wines is 6 March 2010.  Entry fees will be refunded in full for cancellations received on or before 6 March 2010.
